As you can see, the prices, timelines and project scope stated in initial consultations are just estimates and can change based on the actual needs of the project, material choices and conditions on the site. Prior to starting any project, a written agreement will be prepared.
It is expected that the client will give accurate information about the space, requirements & budget. To ensure the project is excuted successfully, it is important to get timely approvals and effective communication from the client's side. The client's delay may impact the overall project schedule.
The details of payments will be specified in the individual project agreement. When it comes to interiors, they're usually paid by the milestones. Any payments are due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. The project work might be deferred as a result of slow payments.
In some projects, Interiors Enclave may utilize third party vendors, contractors and suppliers that they trust. We choose our partners carefully but can not be held liable for any actions or delays taken by third parties.
Any design, mood board, concept drawing, 3D render or project plan made by Interiors Enclave is our intellectual property until completely paid. The reproduction and sharing of our design ideas are not permitted without the written consent of the company.
Interiors Enclave reserves the right to modify or update the Terms & Conditions According to services update. The new terms will be published on this page with the new effective date.
